Safety Training Programs by the NSTSA
The Nova Scotia Trucking Safety Association offers a one day course to assist companies with developing an Occupational Health and Safety Program. TANS members who are required to have a safety program and achieve a Certificate of Recognition in safety in order to bid on contracts or government projects (i.e. municipalities, school boards, provincial governments, etc.) attend this course each year.
